A Colourful, Relaxed, and Child-Friendly Wedding

  • They wed on 25 July 2019 inside a ceremony followed by a romantic and relaxed reception opposite. Keeping the bottom simple and neutral, the pair wanted to include big, bold colors through their flowers, having a modern, vibrant vibe inspired by their shared love of fashion and elegance.

"I always wanted a FeelTimes dress. I would 100% recommend it. In my view, not one other bridal boutique came close."

"I loved the lace and also the light and comfy style of the dress. As it would be a summer wedding I didn’t would like it to get too hot and I knew I could be carrying/ playing around with our two boys! I loved the slit detail at the front from the dress along with a low back was always an element I wanted."

The bridesmaids wore probably the most fun, floral summer maid of honor dresses along with floral crowns to complement Liv's.

Dan and Liv met in Cheltenham in June 2010 and also the bride moved there 2 yrs after they started to date. It was the natural selection of location for their venue, using its glorious Regency architecture.

"Dan was living at some time and I was residing in Bristol (home town), I found Cheltenham to visit my friend's birthday celebration, Dan was there too and we've got on very well. We traveled between Cheltenham and Bristol around the weekends for that following year after which I moved up here. Two children later I was engaged and began to plan our wedding." Go

The couple included a reading of Bob Marley's 'He's Not Perfect' plus they exchanged bespoke rings from Birmingham's jewelry quarter.

"We both knew what we should want. Dan had used the corporation to make my diamond engagement ring so it seemed fitting to make use of them for the wedding rings too."

For an awesome, laid-back look for that summer day, Dan decided on a bright blue, three-piece suit, layered on the simple white t-shirt and white trainers.

"As it would be a summer wedding Dan didn’t would like to get too hot. He loved the thought of wearing a t-shirt under his suit and that he always knew he didn't wish to wear a set of formal shoes for that wedding."

After the marriage breakfast and speeches, the party started with live DJ music along with the first dance to Bob Marley's 'Is This Love'.

"We chose this song because Dan happens to be a big reggae fan and we both have vivid memories of dancing for this at various festivals and carnivals through the years."
